We are pleased to present our new maintenance plan package that includes more than just a filter change. We understand the importance of maintaining HVAC systems per the manufacturer’s recommendations and would like the opportunity to provide you with that service. The Value Care Club Package is a special service we offer to our customers. The maintenance portion includes two full precision tune ups per term consisting of; filter changes, inspections of the indoor and outdoor equipment, lubrication as required, cleaning of coils, checking refrigerant levels (adding up to 1 lbs if needed), and taking the pressures of the system. In addition, the package also includes 25% discounts on repairs, priority 24/7 service, regular business hour fees instead of after hour fees on weekends and holidays, and $189.00 in bonus bucks to be used toward specified purchases. In the event the home is sold the package is transferable and we can provide maintenance history for the buyer giving you an advantage for marketing.
Along with having peace of mind that the system is being kept in good working condition, maintaining it per the manufacturer’s recommendation insures the manufacturer’s warranty will apply if you experience mechanical failures. As an experienced licensed installer we are able to warranty all HVAC parts through the manufacturers during the equipment warranty period which is typically five years from date of install. Keep in mind that having the HVAC system serviced on a regular basis helps prevent future breakdowns. This will improve the efficiency, safety, and capacity as well as extend the equipment life.
