Superior Safety Guarantee: We are happy to guarantee that anyone entering your home from our company has passed a thorough background check, drug test, and have the highest level of training possible. We also have a random drug screening program in place. Your safety and well being is our number one priority.

New Equipment Warranty: Depending on the type of equipment that is purchased, your new heating and air system will either come with a 5 year parts warranty, a 10 year parts warranty, or a lifetime unit replacement warranty. On all new systems Triad will offer a 1 year labor warranty, but other guarantees are available for TRIAD VALUE CARE CLUB members.

5 Year Repair Guarantee: We are happy to guarantee that as a TRIAD VALUE CARE CLUB member, any repair we make to your existing system is guaranteed for five years. If for any reason, the part fails within five years from the repair date, we will make the necessary repair to that component at no charge to you as long as your are a value care club member for the lifetime of that unit.

No Compressor Lemons Guarantee: Depending on the exact model of the system that you purchase from Triad Mechanical, we are happy to guarantee that if your compressor fails within the specified warranty period, we will replace the entire outside condensing unit with a new one. Just replacing the failed component is not sufficient.

Superior Installation Guarantee: We are happy to guarantee that your job will be completed with speed and precision. You will see us wear floor savers, clean up when we are finished working, and take accountability for your personal satisfaction. We will not use vulgar language or smoke while in your home. We will always be polite and courteous.

Superior Comfort Guarantee: We are happy to guarantee that a properly designed, installed, operated and maintained system will perform as we have stated in our contract and mutually agreed upon with you the customer. In the event the desired comfort level is not achieved, we will make modifications to the systems to reach the desired temperature with no cost to you for the period of one year.
